Basic Language Courses
These courses are aimed at people who are still in the asylum process and do not currently have access to integration courses or other language support programmes offered by the federal government or the BAMF.
Zweitschriftlernerkurs
Die Alphabetisierung ist das erste Ziel eines Zweitschriftlernerkurses, als nächstes ist das Erwerben von Deutschkenntnissen auf dem Niveau der elementaren Sprachverwendung. Dies erfolgt in der Regel bis zum Niveau B1.
Vocational Language Course – German for industrial and technical professions
In our DeuFöV special German course for industrial-technical professions, you can acquire or improve your professional communicative competence in the workplace.
Professional German for doctors C1 – DeuFöV
The course is aimed at immigrant doctors who have completed a medical degree in their home country and have to take the C1 specialist language examination at the Medical Association in order to obtain their licence to practise medicine.
Specialised course for healthcare professions B2 (600 units)
Within the 600 teaching units, the specialisation course focuses on the acquisition of professional language. This consists of everyday language, nursing jargon and specialised language.
Vocational Language Course B2 (500 units, including bridge element)
Language level B2 according to the CEFR is the second level of independent language use. It is a prerequisite in many different professional fields in order to be able to take up a corresponding job.
German B1 Vocational Language Course (400 Units)
German language skills at A2 level are required. Within 400 lessons, you will acquire general and professional German language skills at level B1 as well as basic knowledge of work-related topics.
Vocational Language Course German A2 (400 units)
Within 400 lessons, you will acquire general and vocational German language skills at level A2 as well as basic knowledge of topics related to the world of work.
Women’s Integration Courses
With the women’s integration courses, a course programme has been created that is geared towards the needs of women. The women’s and parents’ integration courses consist of 2 parts: a language course (900 teaching units) and an orientation course (100 teaching units).
Parent Integration Courses
The parent integration course is designed to give immigrant mothers and fathers the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the German education system and their children’s educational institutions.
